Welcome to my Weight Loss Journey pages!
In brief, I am a Lifetime Weight Watcher. From 2003 – 2006, I lost 107 pounds by exercising and learning to eat right through Weight Watchers. I maintained my weight until September 2007, when I started grad school full time while still working full time. By November 1, 2008, I had gained back almost 88 pounds and Started Over Again. In 4 and a half months, I lost about 16 pounds. But, then the stress of my final semester in grad school began to take its toll and I quit exercising and watching what I ate, and as a result, I gained 10 pounds in 2 months. So, I Started Over Again when I finished grad school in May, 2009.
